QDrive.net Terms of Service
READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. WE ARE WILLING TO PROVIDE QDIVE.NET'S SOFTWARE, CONTENT AND SERVICES ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS. BY REGISTERING WITH US AND/OR BY USING QDRIVE.NET, YOU ARE AGREEING ELECTRONICALLY TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS,WHICH IS AN AGREEMENT BINDING ON YOU (THE "AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE QDRIVE.NET.
ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT.
This Agreement governs your registration, access and use of QDrive.net's software (including any updates), services, Content and upgrades ("QDrive.net"). The general terms of this Agreement may be supplement by usage rules, terms, guidelines and policies ("Usage Rule(s)") that will apply to your use of specific QDrive.net features. Such Usage Rules will be posted with the applicable application and are binding on you as part of this agreement. In this Agreement, the terms:
"Content" means data, text, communications, software, images, sounds, video or other imformation that you store or that others may share with you, either privately or publicly on or through QDrive.net; "We" or "us" means collectively QDrive.net; and "You" and "your" means both you and such person or entity in whose behalf you act, if any.
CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT. We may modify this agreementand any usage rules at any time. You agree to assume all responsibility in reviewing this Agreement periodically so that you will be apprised of any changes. if you continue to use QDrive.net after we post or notify you about changes to these terms, you are signifying your acceptance of the new terms.

QDrive.net provides online Content storage resources. We are in no way responsible for your Content. You will be held responsible and are required to only store or upload Content that is permitted by law. We offer QDrive.net at different plans price packages.. The level of features that will be available to you will depend on the plan and price package selected by you. Certain premium features, such as additional storage space, telephone customer support etc.are available only with fee-based plans.
QDrive.net takes no responsibility for the content you upload and share. You (the QDrive.net user) takes full responsibility for the Content you upload. QDrive.net requires that you do not upload Content including, but not limited to, Pornographic Material, Copyrighted Material, Pirated Software, Pirated Movies and Videos, and Pirated Music. Pirated meaning illegally obainted, and/or do not have the rights to use or share.
QDrive.net reserves the right to shut down any account with malicous activity. Malicous activity including but not limiting to the sharing of any Content mentioned in the previous paragraph, or any attempts to hender the QDrive.net systems and its security. If a paid subscription account, you will not be refunded and/or all Content will be erased from the QDrive.net systems.
